I need to add to this review. My husband moved to NY from North Carolina twice. Mike was his realtor. Both times, Mike rode my husband around for 4 - 5 days looking at houses. These were 12 - 14 hour days, riding all over a wide area. Unless they stopped at my husband's request (to eat, restroom, etc.), Mike NEVER took one break, not for a second. This second time my husband went back up, there was Mike, picked him up at his hotel and there for a 12 hour day, the second day they had more appointments and it was a 14 hour day; again Mike ever stopped for a moment. There's no reminding him of things you wanted, etc. He has it all down pat. My husband found our dream house this second trip, thanks to Mike! This man is much more than your realtor - he's like you, looking for YOUR house. There are NOT enough words to say what I want to say about Mike. Trust me - he's your man.
